Free · the reviewer's scorecard

Score your brand plan before management does

Forty questions, in the order a reviewer reads a deck: the numbers, the market, the levers, the money. One point a tick. The total tells you whether to send the plan, and the weakest block tells you which slides are missing.

Tick it against your own draft

Open your draft next to the questions. Tick a question only when the deck itself answers it, with a number on a slide, a name in a table, a date in the calendar, not when you could answer it from memory in the meeting. The questions you cannot tick are the slides you have not written.

Performance and the gap versus budget

The only slides many reviewers read. A number without a delta is treated as unfinished.

The block you cannot tick is the item to open

Each block of the scorecard is written by one file in the kit: a template with guidance in every box, a worked example filled end to end, the workbook behind the numbers and a two-page how-to.

    The numbers · block 1
    01 · Brand plan

The summary page with a delta on every number, the gap by account and SKU, the cause named, the recovery month: the first six slides of the brand-plan template, filled in the worked example.

    The market · block 2
    03 · Category review pack

    The levers · block 3
    04 · Key-account (customer) plan

One calendar row per account, the doors named, the split that adds to 100 and reappears in the budget table: the key-account plan and its calendar workbook.

    The money · block 4
02 · Business case and NPV workbook

The bridge that reconciles to the P&L, the launch forecast built on a waterfall and an NPV against the thresholds, A&P phased before the season: the business case and its NPV workbook.

The 32 slides a reviewer reads, on one sheet

Every slide of the kit's worked example, in the order it is read, with what each one must answer. Behind it, the order of work (not the order of the slides), the five inputs to gather first, and which slides answer each block of the scorecard. Six pages, drawn rather than written.

Before you type your address

Who is it for?
Marketers who write a consumer-healthcare plan for Saudi Arabia or another Gulf market and present it to a regional or global team: brand, category, key-account, launch and BD roles, in a multinational, a regional company, a distributor or an agency.
What language?
English. The scorecard, the map and every file in the kit are written in English, the language a Gulf country plan is read in up the line.
What arrives, and when?
The next page opens both PDFs at once, and the same two links arrive by email within a minute. Then five short notes on how the four blocks get written, roughly one a week over a month. Nothing else.
What happens to my address?
It is kept on our list and never sold or shared. Your score and your ticks stay in your browser; they are never stored on a server. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Is there a sales call after?
No. The notes point at the kit item that writes each block, with preview pages of the worked example visible before you pay, and that is the whole of the offer. Nobody calls.
