Licence and refund policy

Licence

Single-user licence. When you buy an item or the full kit you receive a licence for one person, you, to use the files in your own work, for any brand, company or market, for as long as you like.

You may:

adapt every template, example and workbook freely: change the text, the numbers, the colours, the logo, the structure;
present the decks and share the workbooks inside your company, with your colleagues, your agency and your management, as part of your own plans and cases;
keep and use the files after you change employer.

You may not:

resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or give away the files or any part of them, edited or not;
upload them to a shared template library, a marketplace, a course, a public drive or an AI training set;
remove the licence line from the how-to or the About sheet of a workbook (the PharmaGrowth mark on the template's cover and read-me slide is yours to replace; the licence line stays);
present the worked examples as real company data. Every example is set in one fictional world: Meridian Consumer Health, its distributor Northern Gulf Distribution Co., the scalp-care brand Clarisel and its competitors Scalvia, Sebravel, Scalpex and Trichoderm. Nahdi, Al-Dawaa and United are real Saudi pharmacy chains used as market fixtures with invented figures.

What you get

Files are delivered by download link from Gumroad immediately after payment: PowerPoint (16:9, editable, no macros) and Excel (formulas visible, no macros, no password), plus the how-to as PDF. They open in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and LibreOffice; the workbooks recalculate in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets and LibreOffice.

Updates to an item you bought (corrections, renderer fixes) are free for twelve months from purchase; you will be emailed a new link.

Refund policy

These are digital files you can open and copy the moment you receive them, so there is no automatic right of withdrawal once the download link has been used. Even so:

Wrong file or broken file: a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer, within 30 days.
Not what the page described: tell us what you expected and what you found within 14 days of purchase; if the page misled you we refund in full.
Changed your mind before downloading: a full refund within 14 days if the link has not been used.

Refund requests go to pharmagrowth.co@gmail.com with the order number; we answer within two working days.
